Internship overview
We are looking for a driven final year bachelor’s or master’s student to join the TrashDash team for a 3 to 6-month internship. This is a broad role where you will support both backend and frontend development, help turn ideas into shipped features, and work closely with the core team.
Who we are looking for
Final year bachelor’s or master’s student in one of the following areas:
Computer Science
Data Science
Software Development
Product Development
You might be a fit if you have
Experience building software projects, coursework or personal projects both count
Comfort working across the stack or willingness to learn quickly
JavaScript and React experience is preferred
Applicants with other languages and frameworks are welcome if you can demonstrate strong fundamentals
What you will do
Support frontend development in React and related tooling
Support backend development and API work
Help test, debug, and improve app performance and reliability
Contribute to product experiments, feature specs, and small iterations
Work with the team to prioritize tasks and ship updates on a regular cadence
Nice to have
Familiarity with web APIs, databases, authentication, or cloud deployment
Interest in Web3, blockchain applications, or sustainability-focused products
Comfort working in a remote, async environment
